net2phone Canada's Core Service Team will be performing a hardware replacement at our secondary PoP tonight at 10:00 p.m. EST.

Since we will be working on our secondary PoP, there is no expected downtime or service interruption and it should take up to 4 hours to be completed.

During this window, all services are expected to function normally.

net2phone Canada's Development Team will be performing routine maintenance on December 9th at 3:00 a.m. EST. This maintenance will include bug fixes and performance improvements.

There is no expected impact to any net2phone Canada services during this window. All calls will operate as normal.

Monitoring - net2phone Canada Technicians have confirmed calls are now routing to Toll-free numbers again.

We will continue to monitor the situation. If you continue to experience issues with your Toll-free number, please notify our support team.

Investigating - net2phone Canada Technicians are investigating reports of call completion issues with inbound Toll-Free calls.

Further updates will be provided once the issue has been identified.

Inbound calls to local phone numbers, Outbound calls and all other net2phone Canada services appear to be operating as normal at this time.

Scheduled - net2phone Canada’s 911 vendor will be performing brief maintenance on December 3rd 12:00 a.m. to December 3rd 6:00 a.m. EST.

No impact to 911 calls is expected during this time.

As a precaution we recommend that net2phone Canada devices are not used during this window to dial 911. If it cannot be avoided, please hang up and try again if you encounter an issue.
