Scheduled - net2phone Canada's Core Service Team will be performing routine maintenance on February 13th at 10:00 p.m. EST. This maintenance may take up to 2.5 hours to complete.

During the maintenance, the following features might experience brief, intermittent interruptions:

- Poly Features: Do Not Disturb, Directories, Message Waiting Indicators
- SONAR Mobile iOS and Android Apps
- Bria Desktop and Mobile Applications
- Panasonic Phones

If you experience any issues, try rebooting your device and/or logging out and back into your net2phone Canada account. This should resolve most problems. Please always login to sonar from our main website: https://www.net2phone.com/en-ca/sonar-client-login

Please note: SONAR, Insights, Huddle, inbound/outbound calls on Poly and Yealink devices, and SONAR Phone will continue to operate normally.

Scheduled - One of our fax vendors will be performing routine maintenance on February 5th at 4:00 p.m. EST, which will only impact a small subset (10%) of our fax users. The vast majority of our customers will not be affected.

During this routine maintenance window, you may experience brief interruptions when sending or receiving faxes. Inbound faxes may receive a busy signal or be temporarily held until service is restored. Outbound faxes may also experience delays.

There is no expected impact to any other net2phone Canada services during this window. All calls will operate as normal.
