Scheduled - net2phone Canada will be performing an essential hardware upgrade on our SONAR platform on Tuesday, May 23rd, from 9:30 pm to 10:30 pm EST. This is expected to have no impact on existing sessions or calls. However, access to the Sonar Portal and web phones via our client's portal (https://net2phone.ca/client-login) will be temporarily unavailable during this 1-hour maintenance window.

To ensure uninterrupted access to the Sonar Portal during maintenance, we have activated a temporary link (https://portal-temp.versature.com/portal) for use. This link will be deactivated the next business day, after which you should resume using the regular client's portal link.

Post-maintenance, if you encounter any issues accessing SONAR or with SONAR Phone, please follow these steps:
1. Logout of SONAR.
2. Close all SONAR windows.
3. Restart your browser.
4. Login back into SONAR via https://net2phone.ca/client-login.

Please be assured that all other services, including call traffic, Insights, Huddle, SONAR Mobile App and more will function normally during this maintenance.
