Scheduled - net2phone Canada's Core Service Team will be performing routine maintenance on January 23rd at 10:00 p.m. EST. This maintenance may take up to 4 hour to complete.

During the maintenance, the following features might experience brief, intermittent interruptions:

- Poly Features: Do Not Disturb, Directories, Message Waiting Indicators
- SONAR Mobile iOS and Android Apps
- Bria Desktop and Mobile Applications
- Panasonic Phones

If you experience any issues, try rebooting your device and/or logging out and back into your net2phone Canada account. This should resolve most problems.

Please note: SONAR, Insights, Huddle, inbound/outbound calls on Poly and Yealink devices, and SONAR Phone will continue to operate normally.

Scheduled - net2phone Canada’s 911 vendor will be performing brief maintenance on January 23rd from 12:00 a.m. to 2:00 a.m. EST.

No impact to 911 calls is expected during this time.

As a precaution we recommend that net2phone Canada devices are not used during this window to dial 911. If it cannot be avoided, please hang up and try again if you encounter an issue.

Scheduled - net2phone Canada's Core Service Team will be performing routine maintenance on January 16th at 10:00 p.m. EST. This maintenance may take up to 4 hour to complete.

During this window, the SONAR portal and web phones may experience brief interruptions. However, traffic should automatically failover to our SONAR portal in the secondary PoP.

Users experiencing issues with the portal or SONAR phone should:
- Log out and log back in.
- Refresh the page.
- Clear their browser cache, as traffic is being transferred from one server to another, which may cause the browser to display outdated data

Monitoring - net2phone Canada Technicians have received an update from our upstream carrier that the issue has been resolved.

We will continue to monitor the situation, but we expect all inbound calls to function normally.

Identified - net2phone Canada Technicians are investigating reports of call completion issues on a subset of inbound calls to phone numbers in the Halifax region.

The carrier has already identified the issue and is working on a solution.

Further updates will be provided once the issue has been identified.

Outbound calls and all other net2phone Canada services appear to be operating as normal at this time.
