Scheduled - net2phone Canada technicians will be applying an internal configuration change on Sunday, September 25th from 5:00am to 6:00am EDT.

This configuration change can be applied live and there should be no impact to existing sessions or calls.

If you have any issues accessing SONAR, placing or accepting calls via SONAR Phone after this maintenance, please close all SONAR windows, logout of SONAR, restart your browser, before logging back into SONAR via https://net2phone.ca/client-login.

Call traffic, Insights, Huddle, and all other net2phone Canada services will operate as normal during this maintenance.

If you have any issues placing or accepting calls via SONAR Phone after this maintenance, please close all SONAR Phone windows, logout of SONAR, restart your browser, before logging back into SONAR via https://net2phone.ca/client-login, and re-launching SONAR Phone

Identified - net2phone Canada technicians have identified an issue with one of our core vendors which is impacting the capability to login to the net2phone Canada customer portal through our website, as well as some products which integrate into our platform.

Other products which are also impacted by this issue and may be experiencing login issues include:
- Login to Huddle
- net2phone Canada Insights
- BlueC Integration
- Klipfolio Integration
- Chrome Click to Dial
- Zapier Integration
- Salesforce Integration
- Any additional integrations leveraging our open API

net2phone Canada technicians have escalated this issue to our vendor and will provide updates as they become available.
