Scheduled - One of our fax vendors will be performing routine maintenance later today, July 12th at 8:00 p.m. EST, which will only impact a small subset of our fax users. The vast majority of our customers will not be affected.

During this routine maintenance window, you may experience brief interruptions when sending or receiving faxes. Inbound faxes may receive a busy signal or be temporarily held until service is restored. Outbound faxes may also experience delays.

There is no expected impact to any other net2phone Canada services during this window. All calls will operate as normal.

Monitoring - net2phone Canada Technicians have received an update from our upstream carrier that the issue has been resolved.

We will continue to monitor the situation, but we expect all inbound calls and faxes to function normally.

Identified - Our upstream carrier has identified the issue affecting inbound calling , as well as inbound/outbound faxing, and is actively working on a solution. net2phone Canada technicians continue to closely collaborate with them to restore full service as quickly as possible.

Investigating - net2phone Canada Technicians are investigating reports of intermittent inbound call and fax failures. We are working with our upstream carriers to provide a prompt resolution.

Outbound calling is currently not affected, and all other net2phone services are working as expected.
