Scheduled - net2phone Canada Technicians will be performing system maintenance on our Ottawa and Calgary PoPs (points-of-presence) on Thursday, July 15th at 11:00 p.m. EDT.

This maintenance may take up to two hours to complete and the following features may experience brief, intermittent interruptions during this window:

Poly Features - Do Not Disturb, Directories, Message Waiting Indicators
SONAR Mobile iOS and Android Apps
Bria Desktop and Mobile Applications
Panasonic Phones

If you experience any issues, it is recommended to reboot your device and/or perform a logout/login cycle of your net2phone Canada account. SONAR, Insights, Huddle, and all inbound and outbound calls on Poly and Yealink devices, as well as SONAR Phone will operate as normal.

Identified - net2phone Canada Technicians have identified an issue affecting inbound call completion to a subset of local numbers. We are working with the upstream carrier to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Toll-free inbound calls, and all outbound calls are operating as normal at this time. Updates will be provided as they become available.

Scheduled - net2phone Canada’s 911 vendor will be performing brief maintenance on July 13th from 5:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m. EDT. No impact to 911 calls is expected during this time. As a precaution we recommend that net2phone Canada devices are not used during this window to dial 911. If it cannot be avoided, please hang up and try again if you encounter an issue.
