Scheduled Maintenance
net2phone Canada Technicians will be performing scheduled maintenance to upgrade our voicemail-to-email feature on Monday, September 20th at 7:00 p.m. EDT.

This upgrade may take up to 2 hours to complete and will improve overall performance as well as provide more accurate voicemail transcriptions. A subset of customers will be migrated to the new voicemail-to-email feature during this maintenance period.

There is no expected impact during this window, however, it's possible that email deliverability may be affected once maintenance is complete. If you are not receiving your voicemails via email, please check your spam folder, or contact our Support Team at 611.

No other net2phone Canada services will be affected. All inbound and outbound phone calls will operate as normal.

Resolved - We have not received any further information from our upstream carrier, however we are confident this issue is resolved.

Monitoring - net2phone Canada Technicians are seeing improved call performance for outbound calls at this time. We will continue to monitor the situation closely as we await confirmation that the issue has been resolved at the carrier level.

Investigating - net2phone Canada Technicians are investigating reports of no audio on a subset of outbound calls. We believe this issue to be isolated to a specific upstream carrier and will post more details once the issue has been identified.

Inbound calls are not affected at this time.

Resolved - The issue affecting access to call recordings in SONAR is no longer present. No recordings were lost during this period and this issue is not expected to reoccur. This incident is resolved.

Monitoring - A fix has been implemented and all call recordings are accessible in SONAR at this time. If you continue to have difficulty playing or downloading a recording, please contact our Support Team at 611, or 1-877-498-3772 (option #3).

We will continue to monitor new recordings to ensure there are no further issues.

Identified - net2phone Canada Technicians have identified an issue affecting access to call recordings in SONAR. We have confirmed that call recordings are still accessible in Insights and do not believe any recordings have been lost at this time.

We are working to resolve the issue as soon as possible and will provide further updates as they become available.

Scheduled - net2phone Canada Technicians will be performing system maintenance on Saturday, September 11th at 9:00 p.m. EDT.

This maintenance may take up to three hours to complete and is being scheduled on short notice to address a potential performance issue.

The following features may experience brief, intermittent interruptions during this window:

Polycom Features - Do Not Disturb, Directories, Message Waiting Indicators
SONAR Mobile iOS and Android Mobile Applications
Bria Desktop and Mobile Applications
Panasonic Phones

If you experience any issues, it is recommended to reboot your device and/or perform a logout/login cycle of your net2phone Canada account.

SONAR, Insights, Huddle, and all inbound and outbound calls on Polycom and Yealink devices, as well as SONAR Phone will operate as normal.
