Resolved - All net2phone Canada services, including calls routing through our Eastern PoP, are fully operational at this time and we do not expect this issue to reoccur.

Monitoring - net2phone Canada Technicians have identified a single event that terminated calls routing through our Eastern PoP (point-of-presence) at approximately 1:19 p.m. EDT. All subsequent calls routed automatically through our Western PoP.

We are monitoring our Eastern PoP at this time to ensure there isn't a recurrence of this event. Updates will be provided as they become available.

Resolved - We are no longer receiving reports of inbound call completion errors. This incident is now resolved.

Monitoring - Our carrier has confirmed that calls are completing as normal at this time. Our testing is resulting in successful calls as well. We will continue to monitor the situation closely to ensure the issue is resolved.

Update - We have received confirmation from the affected carrier that some inbound calls are completing at this time. Our testing confirms that the issue is intermittent.

An update will be provided when we can confirm calls are being delivered consistently.

Identified - net2phone Canada Technicians have identified an issue affecting inbound calls to a subset of customers. This issue is affecting local and toll-free numbers associated with a specific upstream carrier. We are working with them to attempt to resolve the situation as soon as possible.

Outbound calls should not be affected at this time. Further updates will be provided as they become available.
