Resolved - net2phone Canada's 911 vendor has resolved all inbound and outbound call completion issues.

Identified - net2phone Canada’s 911 vendor is currently experiencing inbound and outbound call completion issues.

As a precaution we recommend that net2phone Canada devices are not used to dial 911. If it cannot be avoided, please hang up and try again if you encounter an issue.

All of net2phone's services and features remain operational.

Scheduled - net2phone Canada's Core Service Team will be performing routine maintenance on May 12th at 10:00 p.m. EST. This maintenance may take up to 2 hours to complete.

During the maintenance, the following features might experience brief, intermittent interruptions:

- Poly Features: Do Not Disturb, Directories, Message Waiting Indicators
- SONAR Mobile iOS and Android Apps
- Bria Desktop and Mobile Applications
- Panasonic Phones

If you experience any issues, try rebooting your device and/or logging out and back into your net2phone Canada account. This should resolve most problems. Please always login to sonar from our main website: https://www.net2phone.com/en-ca/sonar-client-login

Please note: SONAR, Insights, Huddle, inbound/outbound calls on Poly and Yealink devices, and SONAR Phone will continue to operate normally.
