Scheduled Maintenance

Data Center Maintenance: Western PoP - 06/06: 0100 to 06/06 0500 EDT Jun 6, 2026 01:00-05:00 EDT

Our Western Data Center provider will be performing network maintenance. While we have built our infrastructure with full redundancy to prevent service interruptions, customers may experience brief intermittent connectivity if their systems are currently routing through this secondary location.

Details:

Maintenance Window: June 6th, 1:00 AM EDT – June 6th, 5:00 AM EDT

Expected Impact: None for the majority of users.

Important Technical Note:
Our Western PoP serves as a secondary/failover connection. Under normal conditions, your devices should be connected to our Primary PoP. However, if your local network or DNS configuration has inadvertently failed over to our secondary connection, you may experience brief downtimes during this window.

If you notice any connectivity issues during this period, it may indicate an underlying DNS or routing issue on your local network that is preventing your system from reaching our primary PoP. We recommend a reboot of your network equipment or a check of your DNS settings to ensure you are utilizing our primary infrastructure.
