Scheduled - net2phone Canada's Core Service Team will be performing routine maintenance on April 11th at 11:00 p.m. EST. This maintenance may take up to three hours to complete.

During this window, the following features might experience brief, intermittent interruptions:
- Poly Features: Do Not Disturb, Directories, Message Waiting Indicators
- SONAR Mobile iOS and Android Apps
- Bria Desktop and Mobile Applications
- Panasonic Phones

If you experience any issues, try rebooting your device and/or logging out and back into your net2phone Canada account. This should resolve most problems.

Please note: SONAR, Insights, Huddle, inbound/outbound calls on Poly and Yealink devices, and SONAR Phone will continue to operate normally.

Identified - net2phone Canada technicians have confirmed a domain name (DNS) problem with a vendor affecting a small percentage of clients. We are working with them to address the situation. If you are experiencing any difficulties, please try reconnecting, as the problem is intermittent. Updates to follow shortly.
