The issue affecting access to call recordings in SONAR is no longer present. No recordings were lost during this period and this issue is not expected to reoccur. This incident is resolved.

A fix has been implemented and all call recordings are accessible in SONAR at this time. If you continue to have difficulty playing or downloading a recording, please contact our Support Team at 611, or 1-877-498-3772 (option #3).

We will continue to monitor new recordings to ensure there are no further issues.

net2phone Canada Technicians have identified an issue affecting access to call recordings in SONAR. We have confirmed that call recordings are still accessible in Insights and do not believe any recordings have been lost at this time.

We are working to resolve the issue as soon as possible and will provide further updates as they become available.
