Monitoring
net2phone Canada Technicians have identified a single event that terminated calls routing through our Eastern PoP (point-of-presence) at approximately 1:19 p.m. EDT. All subsequent calls routed automatically through our Western PoP.

We are monitoring our Eastern PoP at this time to ensure there isn't a recurrence of this event. Updates will be provided as they become available.
