net2phone Canada technicians will be applying an internal configuration change on Friday, August 12th from 6:00am to 7:00am EDT. This configuration change can be applied live and there will be no impact to existing sessions or calls. This update will remedy an issue discovered with assisted transfers and call merging when initiated from SONAR Phone.

Call traffic, Insights, Huddle, and all other net2phone Canada services will operate as normal during this maintenance.
