net2phone Canada Technicians are seeing improved call performance for outbound calls at this time. We will continue to monitor the situation closely as we await confirmation that the issue has been resolved at the carrier level.

net2phone Canada Technicians are investigating reports of no audio on a subset of outbound calls. We believe this issue to be isolated to a specific upstream carrier and will post more details once the issue has been identified.

Inbound calls are not affected at this time.
