net2phone Canada Technicians will be performing system maintenance on our Ottawa and Calgary PoPs (points-of-presence) on Thursday, July 15th at 11:00 p.m. EDT.

This maintenance may take up to two hours to complete and the following features may experience brief, intermittent interruptions during this window:

Poly Features - Do Not Disturb, Directories, Message Waiting Indicators
SONAR Mobile iOS and Android Apps
Bria Desktop and Mobile Applications
Panasonic Phones

If you experience any issues, it is recommended to reboot your device and/or perform a logout/login cycle of your net2phone Canada account. SONAR, Insights, Huddle, and all inbound and outbound calls on Poly and Yealink devices, as well as SONAR Phone will operate as normal.
