Our carrier has confirmed that calls are completing as normal at this time. Our testing is resulting in successful calls as well. We will continue to monitor the situation closely to ensure the issue is resolved.

We have received confirmation from the affected carrier that some inbound calls are completing at this time. Our testing confirms that the issue is intermittent.

An update will be provided when we can confirm calls are being delivered consistently.

net2phone Canada Technicians have identified an issue affecting inbound calls to a subset of customers. This issue is affecting local and toll-free numbers associated with a specific upstream carrier. We are working with them to attempt to resolve the situation as soon as possible.

Outbound calls should not be affected at this time. Further updates will be provided as they become available.
