Monitoring
net2phone Canada Technicians have received an update from our upstream carrier that the inbound call completion issues has been resolved.

At this time we will continue to monitor this issue, but expect that all inbound calls are functioning as normal at this time.

Investigating
net2phone Canada Technicians are investigating reports of call completion errors on a subset of local inbound calls. We are working with our upstream carriers for a prompt resolution.

If you experience an inbound call completion issue, please contact our Technical Support team by calling 611 from your net2phone device, and have the following information available to help us troubleshoot:
- Phone Number of inbound caller
- Destination Phone Number
- Date/Time of call
- Description of issue

Toll Free and outbound calls and all other net2phone Canada services are operating as normal at this time.

We will update you as more information becomes available.
