net2phone Canada's Core Service Team will be performing routine maintenance on March 10th at 9:00 p.m. EST. This maintenance may take up to 3 hours to complete.
Since this maintenance is targeting our secondary PoP, we do not expect any impact. However, if any of your devices are registered to the secondary PoP they might experience the following:
During the maintenance, the following features might experience brief, intermittent interruptions:
- Poly Features: Do Not Disturb, Directories, Message Waiting Indicators - SONAR Mobile iOS and Android Apps - Bria Desktop and Mobile Applications - Panasonic Phones
If you experience any issues, try rebooting your device and/or logging out and back into your net2phone Canada account. This should resolve most problems. Please always login to sonar from our main website: https://www.net2phone.com/en-ca/sonar-client-login
Please note: SONAR, Insights, Huddle, inbound/outbound calls on Poly and Yealink devices, and SONAR Phone will continue to operate normally.
