The upstream carrier has confirmed that the issue still persists intermittently and are continuing to work on a solution. We are still monitoring on our end and will provide further updates as we receive them.

Investigating

net2phone Canada Technicians are investigating reports of call completion issues on a subset of inbound calls to phone numbers in the 403 area code.

Further updates will be provided once the issue has been identified.

All other Inbound calls including Inbound Call Completion Issues - Reginacalls to Toll-Free numbers, Outbound calls and all other net2phone Canada services appear to be operating normally at this time.
