911 Vendor Maintenance - 02/25: 0400 to 0600 EST

net2phone Canada’s 911 vendor will be performing maintenance on February 25th from 4:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m. EST.

The maintenance is expected to take less than 15-30 minutes, during this time, data transmission may be affected. If a call is received, address information will be verbally collected from the caller. If no voice contact is received, our 911 vendor will have access to the data by other available means.

As a precaution we recommend that net2phone Canada devices are not used during this window to dial 911. If it cannot be avoided, please hang up and try again if you encounter an issue.
