net2phone Canada's Core Service Team will be performing routine maintenance on January 16th at 10:00 p.m. EST. This maintenance may take up to 4 hour to complete.
During this window, the SONAR portal and web phones may experience brief interruptions. However, traffic should automatically failover to our SONAR portal in the secondary PoP.
Users experiencing issues with the portal or SONAR phone should: - Log out and log back in. - Refresh the page. - Clear their browser cache, as traffic is being transferred from one server to another, which may cause the browser to display outdated data
