One of our fax vendors will be performing routine maintenance on February 5th at 4:00 p.m. EST, which will only impact a small subset (10%) of our fax users. The vast majority of our customers will not be affected.

During this routine maintenance window, you may experience brief interruptions when sending or receiving faxes. Inbound faxes may receive a busy signal or be temporarily held until service is restored. Outbound faxes may also experience delays.

There is no expected impact to any other net2phone Canada services during this window. All calls will operate as normal.
