net2phone Canada's Core Service Team will be performing routine maintenance on March 27th at 9:00 p.m. EST. This maintenance may take up to 3.5 hours to complete.
During the maintenance, the following features might experience brief, intermittent interruptions:
- Poly Features: Do Not Disturb, Directories, Message Waiting Indicators - SONAR Mobile iOS and Android Apps - Bria Desktop and Mobile Applications - Panasonic Phones
If you experience any issues, try rebooting your device and/or logging out and back into your net2phone Canada account. This should resolve most problems. Please always login to sonar from our main website: https://www.net2phone.com/en-ca/sonar-client-login
Please note: SONAR, Insights, Huddle, inbound/outbound calls on Poly and Yealink devices, and SONAR Phone will continue to operate normally.
