net2phone Canada Technicians have received an update from our upstream carrier that the inbound call completion issues have been resolved.

We will continue to monitor this issue, but we expect all inbound calls to function normally.

net2phone Canada Technicians are investigating reports of call completion issues on a subset of inbound calls.

Further updates will be provided once the issue has been identified.

Outbound calls and all other net2phone Canada services appear to be operating as normal at this time.
