net2phone Canada Technicians will be performing system maintenance on Sunday, October 10th at 10:00 p.m. EDT.
This maintenance may take up to three hours to complete and is being scheduled on short notice to address a power configuration issue.
The following features may experience brief, intermittent interruptions during this window:
Polycom Features - Do Not Disturb, Directories, Message Waiting Indicators SONAR Mobile iOS and Android Mobile Applications Bria Desktop and Mobile Applications Panasonic Phones
If you experience any issues, it is recommended to reboot your device and/or perform a logout/login cycle of your net2phone Canada account.
SONAR, Insights, Huddle, and all inbound and outbound calls on Polycom and Yealink devices, as well as SONAR Phone will operate as normal.
