net2phone Canada Technicians have received an update from our upstream carrier that the issue has been resolved.

We will continue to monitor the situation, but we expect all inbound calls to function normally.

Identified
net2phone Canada Technicians are investigating reports of call completion issues on a subset of inbound calls to phone numbers in the Halifax region.

The carrier has already identified the issue and is working on a solution.

Further updates will be provided once the issue has been identified.

Outbound calls and all other net2phone Canada services appear to be operating as normal at this time.
