We are no longer receiving reports of call errors to any of the affected numbers and have received confirmation from our upstream carrier that connectivity has been restored and all systems are operational.

Our upstream carrier has informed us that technicians have been dispatched to address the issue affecting calls to Fredericton numbers. As of now, there is still no expected time of recovery, however all hands are on deck to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

We have received confirmation from our upstream carrier that there is an issue affecting calls to some Fredericton numbers. There is no estimated time of recovery as of yet, but they are actively working on a resolution.

net2phone Canada Technicians are investigating reports of call connectivity errors to a subset of phone numbers in New Brunswick. We are awaiting confirmation from the affected upstream carrier and will provide further details once the issue has been identified.
