Identified

net2phone Canada Technicans have confirmed that calls routing through one of our upstream carriers are experiencing delayed connection. Most calls appear to be completing after the delay.

We are continuing to troubleshoot as we work with our upstream carrier to resolve the situation.

net2phone Canada Technicians are investigating reports of inbound call completion errors to a subset of local phone numbers.
