net2phone Canada Technicians have received an update from our upstream carrier that the inbound call completion issues have been resolved.

We will continue to monitor this issue, but we expect all inbound calls to function normally.

net2phone Canada Technicians are investigating reports of call completion errors on a small subset of local inbound calls. We are working with our upstream carriers to provide a prompt resolution.

If you experience an inbound call completion issue, please get in touch with our Technical Support team by calling 611 from your net2phone device and have the following information available to help us troubleshoot:
- Phone Number of inbound caller
- Destination Phone Number
- Date/Time of call
- Description of issue

Toll-free and outbound calls and all other net2phone Canada services are operating normally at this time.

We will update you as more information becomes available.
